Before third party, interactive, authoring software existed...
Before it was even considered possible to stream television quality video
to a PC....
Before the Internet became
the World Wide Web...
David Bojorquez was
creating interactive multimedia.
In the early 90's, David C.
Bojorquez worked alongside Robert Abel and a pioneering team of the
industry's most visionary artists. Together they were dedicated to
creating a kind of media the world had never experienced. The effort
was more than pioneering. It was revolutionary.
The vision was powerful, but the technology
was weak. Unlike today, the very tools to create interactive
multimedia had to be developed from scratch... And yet, using the digital
equivalent of primitive chisels and stones - timeless art was painted on a
canvas composed of a well choreographed ballet of iridescent pixels,
dancing to the rhythm of an electron beam, orchestral movement.
Since that time, David
Bojorquez has directed and designed numerous Interactive Multimedia
Projects. From creating
the interactive video articles for the Smithsonian's Air Power -
History of Flight; to directing and editing the acclaimed Quincy
Jones on Jazz interactive article; to executive producing, directing
and writing the national award winning Voices for the Rock and Roll
Hall of Fame... David Bojorquez maintains his ground breaking interactive
tradition. Today he is a recognized artist and industry expert in
the creation of world class interactivity for CD's, DVD and the web.
